ESL students also have trouble getting involved with extracurricular activities with native speakers for similar reasons.

Although the above books are great books to use for this unit, I did not use them for the purpose of summary writing. Teaching English therefore involves not only helping the student to use the form of English most suitable for their purposes, but also exposure to regional forms and cultural styles so that the student will be able to discern meaning even when the words, grammar, or pronunciation are different from the form of English they are being taught to speak.
